3. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional sales, festive seasons, or high demand periods, order processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional days.

 

4. Shipping Partners

We work with an integrated Logistics Partner Shiprocket Or use reputed and reliable logistics partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, Ekart, India Post, and/or other courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery. The choice of courier depends on your delivery location postal code and service availability.

 

5. Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping: We currently deliver across most pin codes in India.

Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than standard timelines.

International Shipping: At present, we do not ship outside India. Plans for international shipping may be introduced in the future, and updates will be shared on our website.

 

6. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, etc.): 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Remote/Rural Areas: 10–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, unforeseen events, or natural calamities.

 

7. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 (or any promotional threshold we set) may qualify for free shipping.

Standard Charges: For orders below this value, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may apply, depending on location.

 

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can track your order status using the courier partner’s tracking portal.

If tracking details are delayed or not updated, please allow 24–48 hours for courier systems to refresh.

 

9. Packaging & Handling

We take utmost care to ensure that products reach you safely:

All products are packed in tamper-proof, sealed packaging.

Fragile items (such as glass bottles) are bubble-wrapped or double-packed.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock location.

If you notice tampered or damaged packaging upon delivery, do not accept the package and notify us immediately.

 

10. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, the package will be returned to us.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong contact details, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

In case of prepaid orders, refund requests will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

 

11. Address & Contact Information Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Vitantra Naturals will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

 

12. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

Courier partner operational delays.

Unforeseen technical issues.

In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.

 

13. International & Customs (Future Scope)

If international shipping is introduced in the future:

Customers will be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions of their country.

Delivery timelines will depend on international courier services and customs clearance.

For bulk orders or corporate gifting requests, shipping timelines may differ.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance before placing large orders.

 

15. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification with our courier partner.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please share unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery for eligibility.
